@Rockaay @PeachyNoir97 @sloproast TBF, before I started teaching pole fitness I would have said the same thing because the movements were so natural to me. I taught some similar to this and 75% of people REALLY struggled with it.

It's more often then not a body awareness issue than a strength or size issue.
