Modified Scooters donated by WWF during Golden Jubliee Celebration of 1965 War.

WWF celebrated Diamond Jubliee of 1965 War at Samba, by donating four modified scooters to Disabled soldiers.

The programme organized by the Army included singing of Patriotic songs, Video of 65 War, War Experience by Veterans and donation of Modified Scooters by WWF. The event was a tribute to valor of locals from Samba Belt, who have a family tradition of serving in Army.

It is pertinent to mention the helping role extended by War Injured Veterans Association of Kerala to identify deserving personnel for donation of retrofitted scooters.
