Hey @JustEatUK I’m sure you’re very busy on a Friday night to properly look into complaints. But after waiting her 3 hours for food, no answer from the restaurant and 3 complaints to you that you’ve said “There’s no issue and nothing you can do” is not acceptable.

It will be a sad day here today. Our main farm worker, Phil Ward, was taken ill only a few weeks after I started last year. He fought on for a year but sadly lost his battle a couple of weeks ago. It is his funeral today and we will all be thinking of him and his family.
