We finally have our Friday dance exercise sessions back up and running. Lovely session with @vmdanceuk
So lovely to see one of patient who has reduced oral intake and not engaging with anything doing something fun.
Today was all about preventing deconditioning. So in that spirit we had Helen and some UOL student do a dance session with our patients. It was a fun way to get our patients moving. Consent gained to use videos and pictures.

“Ladies that do lunch” meets “Men that munch”. We had a husband and wife on the ward and it was lovely to get them in the activity room to have lunch together. Our patients look forward to this every week. And it’s another opportunity to mobilise our patients.#stopdeconditioning
