COVID ECMO referrals have rocketed the last few days.
All unvacc. We haven’t had vaccinated ECMO patient ever. If pregnant & unvaccinated, please please discuss COVID vacc with your Obs/midwife urgently. Vaccination is the only way out of this. @NHSEngland @MidwivesRCM @RCObsGyn

Today’s practice saw the team walk over 18.5 miles through mud and hills, whilst also avoiding cattle and a firing range!
