@heybahjat Congrats on shipping! This is way too relatable😭
I've been stuck in the same loop of constant tweaking, but I've decided I'm shipping my first template this weekend no matter what.
Reworking the packages page with an emphasis on usability & clarity.
Users can browse categories, preview packages, and expand into detailed itineraries when needed - all without unnecessary friction.
A small wip 👇
Creating a detailed booking form today
focusing on usability & clarity, and making something that is actually helpful for real users.
a work in progress.....🪄
Landing page for RIHLA is now complete!
A premium template built for Local tour guides.
Biggest challenge? Knowing when to stop. It's so easy to over-complicate things with too much text & animation so I just had to let the design breathe.
Moving on to the next pages!💻✨
Shoutout to the feedback on yesterday's video!🤝
I had a few ideas for the nav that just weren't clicking, but @heybahjat was right-a darker colour is definitely the way to go
Swapped it for a rich, dark scroll variant that matches the footer. Smooth, clean, & much more readable.
@heybahjat Thanks for the feedback! Totally agree. I just had a few ideas for the nav but it isn't really working out as I was thinking😅, so darker colour it is👌🏻
@heybahjat So true. I had a similar moment yesterday, but through a movie instead. It's crazy how stepping away (even mentally) reminds you how big everything really is.
Currently working on a section for my upcoming template "RIHLA" - designed for local tour guides.
Focusing on crafting a clean layout, smooth scrolling interactions and exploring color palettes and typography. Still a work in progress, but learning a lot while building this out.
Ok so I've spent the last week feeling completely blocked, watching my design file sit empty while life & other things took over.
Today, i reminded myself that progress isn't a race. I focused on just ONE thing & broke the brain fog.
Keep going. Slow progress is still progress🌱
