Customer support is the #1 thing in building trust. @claudeai is the best at it.
I have asked them for refund multiple times and every time, they have approved it and given me my $200 back.
Super disappointed in @grok@bot ‘s support. They straight away denied refund even though I literally didn’t use any tokens.
Never ever gonna try grok again.. because I know they won’t refund ever if I accidentally purchase or don’t like their services.
Not leaving claude anytime soon now.
ah yes the additional policy,
but we at @TeamYouTube will not tell you,
what even is the point to appeal the suspension,
if youtube is just gonna find you in violation of another policy,
might as well write all the policies I violate so that I can present my case better,
seems to be a violation of my rights,
especially considering that I reside in the @EU_Commission (European Union),
I suggest @TeamYouTube to DM me at once,
else there will be grave consequences.
@TeamYouTube how come AI decisions can be made on demonetising channels but not on recovering them? I think this is blatant theft and you should put money into escrow when a channel is under review.
The chat support never actually helps.
You also blatently ignore any DSA laws and the chat employee just closes the chat support.
Please review this channel.
A 3 month wait on an answer on a re-apply is crazy.
Please do better, you will lose more viewers since everyone will start going to other platforms.
idk if i should be grateful or pissed about the free Cursor Pro+ plan 😅
@poteto said cancel your other AI subscription and get a free month of Cursor Ultra.
so i cancelled my $200 Claude Max 20x plan.
Cursor gave me Pro+ instead, the $60 plan.
i appreciate getting it for free, but this isn’t what was promised. the usage isn’t even close to Claude Max, and now i’m checking limits constantly when i never had to before.
i cancelled a $200 plan because the offer said Ultra.
so… where’s my Ultra?
The decision is made. I just canceled my SuperGrok subscription.
The main reasons for my decision are:
- аfter Grok introduced a shared quota at the end of June that is insufficient, unpredictable, and non-transparent. This new way of tracking usage makes the service inefficient for daily work;
- this new quota policy triggered an avalanche of complaints on X, but it led to nothing - complete silence from SpaceXAI and official representatives;
- the feeling that SpaceXAI's focus is on coding/agentic use cases rather than the broader user base, as new Grok models get public access weeks after their release and access for coding users;
- last but not least, I would also add the better and more accessible alternatives - ChatGPT/Gemini, and if I include free Chinese models like Qwen and DeepSeek in the equation, things really change;
@Grok, bye for now!
@AndySkraga How does facebook decide which creator to send monetisation invites too? Im getting good views consistently for over a month and still waiting for content monetization invites.
