@thadbrown7 I think the strength and training people are underestimated. I believe when look back at the Bills teams of the J. Kelly era that there were less of those non-contact type injuries and with a longer season now, stamina and conditioning are even more important. (says the fat guy)
@thadbrown7 looking so forward to "starting over every 2 or 3 years" like we did for a couple decades before Sean. They need a DC that knows what they are doing and a strength coach that knows how to keep players out of none contact injuries.
