Inhabitant of ๐. Star Wars OT, EU & PT enthusiast. Star Trek 1966-2005 purist. Huge fan of ๐ต that has synth & games like Mass Effect. ๐ซ political affiliation
Being impressed at the Escape from L.A. end for Luke after the rest of the movie is like being convinced of someone's moral integrity & redemption because they were extremely punctual showing up for their court hearing in regard to their criminal negligence.
If you could press a button, and make it so that Disney never bought Star Wars, would you do it?โฆ
(If you do so, everything Star Wars made since 2012 is gone. But in this case, itโs 100% for sure that George Lucas will make his Sequel Trilogy, and live action TV series)
@ScriptTrooper I don't know, it looks futuristic, looking like it would be right at home on the cover of Neil Young's "Trans" album. It's a fashion statement. The utilitarian medium duty will always look more ugly to me (albeit more overall capable.)
@Music__Mentor They've been one of my favourite bands since I was a teenager and can sing along with all of the popular tracks. My favorite song is Subdivisions because I relate to it, and I love 80's synth music. A deep track, The Weapon. I saw them twice in concert.
Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire (LucasArts) was released 27 years ago today on Nintendo 64.
Introducing Dash Rendar's shoulder pads.
I love this game with its multiple gameplays that expand the galaxy between two films.
Games were of course fun in the past, with the best part being hanging out and ordering pizza, not this online crap that has taken over. Yet even while enjoying the stories and gameplay, I looked forward to the future for games like KOTOR, RDR, RDR2, Mass Effect, Starfield, etc.
@vinniep27@stardust1006 I have a really hard time when people don't want, expect or demand the highest quality possible in things. I just don't get it.
