You'll never see any info on TOI that could even be confused with a multimillion $ deficit! Marshall has made it VERY CLEAR. TOI is working on making money - NOT RAISING IT. Their website isn't a crowd funding platform but an info one. The little bit of money they need is coming.

The people who put the $2.5 mil into To The Stars Academy thinking that they were backing the winning horse are going to be solidly disappointed. Especially since TOI has few investment opportunities in comparison.
