@theadtan TI located their factory in Baguio generating thousands of jobs while enjoying investment incentives. There was no PEZA there at that time but thru a PD, an economic zone was created and TI was able to build quickly in their chosen location. Me dulot din ang Amendment 6.

@theadtan Disini, a crony, got huge kickbacks out of the BNPP contract. Govt paid double for a reactor that was found to have thousands of defects and was therefore not worthy to be put in operation.

@CamingueJoseph @Richeydarian 1973 Consti was not suspended. FM needed that to legitimize his govt. And thru Amendment 6 of the same consti he became a one man ruler. He was able to issue PD1081 because of the power vested in him by the 1973 consti.
