We shall robustly engage the government through the A. G. to respect court orders. Advocates in private practice be engaged by the public sector and paid.

Courts should work for Kenyans and be accountable. Judgements be delivered expeditiously.

Judicial calendar on trainings be married to court diaries and shared with judicial officers and court users in advance.

Council shall re-engage the Judiciary and the Executive with a view to closing Executive Huduma Courts and in their place we put up huduma centres in over 140 court stations in the Country.

Chapters of the LSK be funded directly to support their operations. We shall release at least 23,500,000 towards the same.We shall reduce council travelling expenses by same amount.

We shall engage the JSC to enhance the number of practitioners and scholars who join the bench in every recruitment.

We shall devolve the Practice Standards Directorate to all branches and recruit 8 advocates to detect and deal with quacks and https://t.co/3n6yMIlva9 mercenary or quack will attend our GMs again or threaten advocates.

We shall commence discussion on reduction of CPD and PC fees pronto.

We shall lobby for all In-house Counsel to get non-practicising allowance and better working conditions.
