The queue system in its current form feels dishonest. If you'd told me the wait time was 1 and a half hours I wouldn't have booked. I'm sure others would have acted the same way. Instead you let people join, knowing its hard for them to leave with trolleys and luggage. I watched multiple people attempt this causing further chaos. And I watched others give up in vain. I'm sure you have semi accurate wait time metrics considering they asked me to show my code part way through the line. So you should be able to tell me estimated wait times in the app. Or at least review them on your side and change the system accordingly.
Congratulations @Uber and @SydneyAirport, you officially have the worst pick up system of anywhere I've been in the world. I waited for 40 minutes and barely made it a third of the way through the queue. And before I gave up and caught a train, there werent even cars arriving. All bays were empty. Then you had the cheek to tell me my car is almost there when I cancelled my ride, and dropped the price from $130 to $80. There are no words.
Remembering this amazing man. I was working for Sunrise at Channel 7 in the studio when he died. We spent the whole week in tribute. I remember it vividly. Iβm not ashamed to admit I cried when I heard.
Genuine question. Does anyone actually read inflight magazines? I'm lucky if I can find one article of interest. Are people just that bored? Am I strange? Or are they just an arbitrary accessory?
