"What's the difference in predicted and verified outages?" Or sometimes, "why is one red and one orange?" We're glad you asked! Predicted means that our Outage Management System is predicting that devices in that area are out of power. Verified means that a Warren RECC crew member has physically visited and verified the outage or our Outage Management System has verified that the power is in fact out.
