@jojomay1 All I remember is the grim cold smelly changing rooms by the pool and having a key break in my locker aftera swim. I was left shivering in my bathers on a bwnch outside while the yried yo find s handyman to open it. I asked if they had a towel or blanket to help me warm up ...

@achilledpinot M&s do a rather wonderful strained Greek yogurt layered with mango and passionfruit puree. No lumps, no pips but delicious and high protein. Worth a try? My late husband enjoyed yogurts and little pots of chilled rice pud with fruit when he found chewing and swallowing difficult

And people are asking why they delays in the Guernsey Tax office! I have been advised to apply for double taxation relief as my UK pensions are taxed at source. Forms arrived from the UK. One has to be stamped and signed by Guernsey Tax. I phoned to ask if I could email them ...
