I'm going to be logging off of here for a while. Weeks perhaps. I need to heal and there are many things preventing me from doing that. You'll be kept in the loop by my twin. And should I feel the need to write anything it'll be on substack. Though I don't know that I will be writing for a while. I need rest and I need silence and I need the support from those who truly understand my situation.
I love you guys. Eventually I will return. But it's going to be awhile. 🖤💔❤️🩹
Yes.
It’s called broken heart syndrome.
Medically it’s Takotsubo cardiomyopathy. Severe emotional shock, the kind that hits when someone you love dies, can temporarily reshape the heart muscle and leave lasting damage. For her, that shock came with her father’s death, and the aftermath has been a slow, physical reminder that the recovery isn’t finished yet.
A lifetime of trauma weakened and battered her heart.
Watching a close friend I love live with this is hard in a quiet way. Strong feelings, the ones that used to fuel her, now set off real pain in her chest. She has to hold herself carefully, keep the volume turned down, because her own body won’t let her fully open up without consequence. It’s like the organ that kept her alive through the worst of it is still learning how to trust again.
There’s something deeply unfair about surviving the crisis only to be limited by the very thing that refused to quit. Yet the way she faces it, clear-eyed and without softening the edges, shows a strength that feels rare. She isn’t waiting for some neat resolution. She’s simply staying present with the unfinished work her body is doing.
Healing doesn’t follow anyone’s schedule. It just keeps going at its own pace. And she’s still here, moving through the days with that careful restraint, refusing to pretend the process is easier than it is.
That’s the part that stays with me. The quiet persistence of someone who knows exactly what her heart has been through and still chooses to keep going.
The resilience and refusal to quit is almost beautiful.
Hold her gently.
She’s still putting the pieces back together, one careful day at a time. 🖤🖤🖤
Maybe you know the Bible front to back.
But maybe you’ve never opened a Bible, or maybe others’ interpretations have left a bad taste in your mouth.
I’m going to break down some scriptures on my RACE TRACK site so you can benefit from what’s really being said there.
See what you think.

Bible Bites
"By Their Fruits You Will Know Them"
I see much of the Bible as a collection of metaphors. So, I wanted to go through some interpretations that can help.
This one is Matt 7:15-20. It ends with “Therefore by their fruits you will know them.” You’ve heard this saying before; this is where it comes from.
The whole passage is this:
(15)Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
(16)You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn bushes or figs from thistles?
(17)Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit.
(18)A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit.
(19)Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
(20)Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
OK, let’s break down this passage and see the ways it might relate to your life.
(15)Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
Beware of false prophets
A prophet is someone who operates in a gifting and has been trained by God to deliver this gifting. It can take the form of speaking a truth into a situation that causes an awakening of the listeners, or planting a seed that grows in the listener that is realized later. A prophet also can speak something new into a situation, a life, a system, etc that blooms something new. They can also reveal places where damage or vulnerabilities exist and pray repair to those spots, etc. All to say, prophets breathe the new into spaces.
So, if there is something being heard or read or witnessed that seems like a new path or a fresh opening, there is a possibility that it is false. The “false prophet” here is a person or idea that appears to present a bloom or a renewal, but fails to deliver. Or worse, delivers the opposite.
who come to you in sheep’s clothing
These false prophets, or people and ideas that don’t deliver, will be disguised in the appearance of the herd. They will appear to be like you and me, the ideas will seem familiar, comfortable, harmless, even.
but inwardly are ravenous wolves
The intent of these people and ideas is to eat you. Instead of the bloom a true prophet would give you, the intent of the false prophets is to devour your joy, ideas, will, desire, love, and everything that makes you feel alive.

So in other words, this upstanding intelligent man, Wesley Hunt, went through his life without a victim mentality and did great as a result?
Well done Representative Hunt 💪🏼
I share a profound and unbreakable bond with one of my dearest friends.🖤
Our connection was forged in the shared fire of surviving a lifetime of trauma, two souls recognizing in each other a kindred resilience.
Now, in striking synchronicity, both of our lives are breaking open and flourishing at the same moment, almost as if every trial we endured was the very forge that tempered us into the women we were always meant to become.
Through every shadow, God has met me with quiet provision:
🕊️a clear sign the moment I began to falter,
🕊️steadfast help when the path felt utterly hopeless,
🕊️the steady love of friends.
When some say, "I don't understand why you believe in God?” my answer remains the same: "Because when I was broken, and on the floor, and had no one, He was the only one who was there for me. How could I not?"
Life is strange, so my album SE!8 is now on @bandcamp but not the AI creations so you can go to my Pay Hip AI pop shop and buy my work if your open to it and on Bandcamp more organic stuff. To buy 'We Will Dance Again' you must use 'Pay Hip' Boy George. On Bandcamp boygeorge3. Onwards and upwards.
