This definition is very often used to silence Palestinian voices and narratives. If the university cares about protecting academic freedom, and if it cares about justice as it claims it does, then it must not adopt the IHRA definition.

It is disappointing to hear that the University of Warwick has decided to adopt the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism. We rejected this earlier this year, and we continue to do so. We still stand by the statement we released last year:
