@CriddleBenjamin Love the amazing highlights and buzz AJ gave us, but much rather have a team like last year with shooters that make the offense more fun to watch.
@geoffjBYU Should still gain some good stamina from their efforts tonight that will hopefully serve them well for next week. May be a blessing in disguise to not have to play on that court again.
@joewheat27 Richie was back on the bench with the guys tonight after being away from them. Maybe he really makes a big difference even just being on the bench even though not playing.
Who made the biggest difference for BYU tonight? Richie Saunders back on the bench with the guys or @DurrantMark back on the call with @gregwrubell? Me:
@prezstar2 The irony here is that had BYU not had a certain key player suspended that same year, they were highly likely to have been the ones to play UCONN for that trophy. Kemba vs Jimmer would have been a legendary matchup. And then. Who knows? Maybe it's BYU that would have won that.
@jaromjordan Thinking about all the missed put-back & dunk attempts by Keita & Bido, in addition to the Bidunga "block" on AJ that should have been 2 free throws for AJ instead of a 2 point fast break for KU really hurts. That alone was a potential 4 point difference.
.@BYUMBB likely has the most talented team it's ever had. Problem is that at least 10 other teams can say the same and their overall talent is simply still better than BYU.
@jernarogilford Thank you for all your contributions in helping BYU's defense and especially the secondary growing into what it is today. Both as player and coach. You will be missed. Michigan is blessed to have you. Go Cougs and Go Blue ๐๐
