The Robinson Huron Treaty Litigation Fund has reached another milestone in the settlement of past compensation in the Robinson Huron Treaty Annuities Case.

● The Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario have signed the Settlement Agreement.

TRUSTEES SIGN SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

The Robinson Huron Treaty Litigation Fund Trustees met on January 3, 2024, and signed the Settlement Agreement.
