📢 Ontario’s rent control system is broken and a new government must make it fair by:

✅ Scrapping The 2018 Rent Control Exemption – So that all rentals are covered by rent control
✅ Ending Vacancy Decontrol – So that landlords cannot drastically hike rents once a tenant moves out ✅ Eliminating Above Guideline Increases (AGIs) – So that rent control can truly protect tenants from massive rent increases!
