@porterairlines lol. Guess u didn’t actually read my tweet. My flight was New Year’s Eve. You cancelled my connection. We were stranded - had to find and pay for our hotel. We submitted our receipts 2 months ago. Haven’t heard a peep.

@united took my husband to Vegas for his 60th. Saved up and bought business class for the lay down seats. Only to be put on a plane with no lay down seats !!! Why did I pay all that $$$?? Can you please provide me with an answer. So unhappy
