@AmazonHelp which is why it’s rejected each time. This needs to be handled as account compromise, not standard payment verification. Can we continue in DM so I can share my account email and case IDs privately
@AmazonHelp The core problem: the Account Specialists are asking me to verify a VISA ending 4095. That card was never mine — it appears to have been added during the compromise. So every document I send proves my identity and my cards, but can’t prove ownership of 4095.
