درخواست رشوه ۶۰ هزار دالری رئیس ستر محکمه طالبان

شیخ عبدالحکیم حقانی، رئیس ستر محکمه/دادگاه عالی ملیشه های طالبان، از ورثه رئیس پیشین دانشگاه غالب درخواست ۶۰ هزار دالر رشوه کرده است.
خانواده پروفیسور شاه‌ ولی، که قبلا ریاست دانشگاه/پوهنتون غالب در پ��اور پاکستان را بر عهده داشت، مالک زمین های در قریه چهارسو ولسوالی چهارآسیاب کابل هستند. در این اواخر اعضای خانواده برای تقسیم این ملک میان ورثه به محکمه ولسوالی چهارآسیاب مراجعه میکنند.
برای طی مراحل و رسیدگی به اسناد وراثت خود در محکمه ولسوالی، قاضی محکمه تقاضای رشوه نموده بعد دریافت ۶ هزار دالر اسناد مورد نیاز را برای خانوده اجرا می نماید.
در ضمن قاضی به آنان تذکر میدهد که برای تأیید نهایی دوسیه شما به ستر محکمه ارسال گردید.
بعد از مدت زمانی که اعضای خانواده برای دریافت تائید دوسیه به ستر محکمه میروند، دلیل تاخیر در تائید نهایی دوسیه را بپرسند، اشخاص ارتباطی عبدالحکیم حقانی، رئیس ستر محکمه با این خانواده تماس گرفته، برای انجام کارشان مبلغ ۶۰ هزار دالر رشوه دیگر تقاضا میکنند.
خانواده پروفیسور شاه ولی به افراد ارتباطی رئیس ستر محکمه میگوید که پرداخت این مبلغ از توان مالی خانواده بالاست، اما افراد به مشکل آنها توجه نکرده، در حال حاضر خانوده پروفیسور شاه ولی در مشورت و جستجوی راه حل این مشکل هستند.

WATCH: Protesters stormed the home of Vickrum Digwa’s family in Southampton, England after his murder conviction. Digwa was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 21 years for stabbing 18-year-old Henry Nowak to death in December 2025.

Then listen to what comes next - this is the emergency call Digwa made after the stabbing claiming to be the victim. Telling operators Nowak had racially abused him and attacked him first.

The court determined every single word of it was a lie. While Digwa was on that call Henry Nowak was dying on the street. He told officers nine times he could not breathe and four times he had been stabbed.

Officers handcuffed him instead of helping him. His last words were “Please brother I can’t breathe.” His killer lied.

His killer was believed. His killer’s mother hid the murder weapon.

Italian media have revealed the identities of the Afghans who were burned alive inside a vehicle two days ago in the Italian city of Amendolara by two Pakistani migrants.
According to reports, the victims included 29-year-old Waseem Khan, 28-year-old Fazal, 27-year-old Safi, and 19-year-old Ismat.

In the incident, a 35-year-old Afghan migrant who managed to escape from the vehicle was injured. Reports also state that a Pakistani citizen was among those killed.

According to the reports, the perpetrators were two Pakistani nationals, Safeer Ahmed and Ali Raza, who have been arrested by the police.

Reports indicate that the slain Afghans worked with the Pakistani men in the agricultural sector and had demanded higher wages.

The Islamic Emirate, while condemning the incident, has called for an investigation but has not provided details about the identities of the Afghan victims.

زنده‌آتش زدن سه افغان و یک پاکستانی در ایتالیا؛ دو مظنون بازداشت شدند

مقام‌های ایتالیایی اعلام کردند که در پی کشته شدن چهار کارگر کشاورزی مهاجر در یک خودروی آتش‌گرفته در منطقه آمندولارا در جنوب ایتالیا، دو شهروند پاکستانی به اتهام دست داشتن در این «جنایت» بازداشت شده‌اند.

در میان قربانیان، سه شهروند افغان و یک شهروند پاکستانی حضور داشتند. به گفته تنها بازمانده این حادثه، قربانیان پس از اعتراض به پرداخت نشدن دستمزدهایشان هدف حمله قرار گرفته‌اند. او مدعی شده است که مهاجمان برای مجازات کارگران، موتر آن‌ها را به آتش کشیده‌اند.

این حادثه در نزدیکی یک جایگاه سوخت در منطقه آمندولارا در استان کالابریا رخ داد. نیروهای آتش‌نشانی پس از مهار آتش، اجساد چهار قربانی را از داخل موتر بیرون کشیدند.

تنها بازمانده که خود یک شهروند افغانستان است، به رسانه‌های ایتالیایی گفته شاهد سوختن زنده دوستانش بوده است. او همچنین ادعا کرده که قربانیان بیش از یک ماه حقوق دریافت نکرده بودند و به همین دلیل با سرکارگران خود دچار اختلاف شده بودند.

دادستانی ایتالیا تحقیقات گسترده‌ای را درباره انگیزه‌های این جنایت آغاز کرده و مقام‌های قضایی در حال بررسی ادعاهای مربوط به بهره‌کشی از کارگران مهاجر، عدم پرداخت دستمزد و احتمال فعالیت شبکه‌های سازمان‌یافته در این پرونده هستند.

هویت قربانیان شامل امین، صافی، الله اسمت قیمی و وسیم خان اعلام شده است. جوان‌ترین قربانی ۱۹ سال و مسن‌ترین آن‌ها ۲۹ سال داشت. تمامی قربانیان در مزارع توت‌فرنگی ��نوب ایتالیا مشغول به کار بودند و بخشی از درآمد خود را برای خانواده‌هایشان در افغانستان و پاکستان ارسال می‌کردند.
