1 Where is the 5 Kg gold of INA that was given to Nehru in Singapore where he opened a personal account in Indian Overseas Bank and deposited it ! Made no mention of it in his report submitted to INA Relief Committee ! ( all documents available)
2 Where is the INA treasure that was being looted in Tokyo and Nehru was informed many times by our mission head to take action naming the looters ! Declassified files show all Nehru did was to write "seen" on the files !
3 As per a file in Singapore archives in 1947 Nehru was informed about an INA treasure ( which had about 40 Kg Gold also and every item is listed along with its weight) by the British as to what be done on it !
Nehru wanted it to be deposited in his Bank there which British refused as it was seized under enemies property regulations. Then Nehru suggested it should be divided between India and Pakistan ( Why Pakistan?). British proposed that they will talk to PM of Pakistan and as per the file notings, Nehru said he will talk . This was in 1952 as per the file. No record what happened after that.
No record after that !
4 Where did the treasure of Azad Hind Bank vanish?
I discovered a note detailing the assets signed by the bank Director Mr Dina Nath when the British sealed it in 1945. ( NIA files)
5 Shahnawaz Khan in his report had added an appendix on the treasure of INA and gave a descriptive account of its movement upto Bangkok and Saigon. he suggested a separate enquiry to find it as it was not in the scope of his enquiry.

A point worth understanding clearly, because most people misuse it.

Taking a dip in the Ganga, sitting in the holy waters at a tirtha, doing darshan at a sacred place, all of this destroys a certain kind of paap. But only a certain kind.

It cleanses the sins you created without knowing.

You walk on the road & an ant gets crushed under your foot. You sleep at night and mosquitoes die against your skin. You breathe, and in every single breath countless tiny lives perish so that your body may live. Every minute of your existence, life is being taken without your knowledge, without your intention, simply for you to survive in this body.

These accumulate as karma. Small, unintentional, but real.

This is exactly what tirtha is designed to wash away. The waters of a sacred place are charged to dissolve the karma created without your will. The Rishis arranged it this way out of compassion, because a human being cannot live in this world without causing some unintended harm.

But here is the part people conveniently forget.

What you do consciously, with full awareness and intent, is not washed by any pilgrimage. Crushing a mosquito on purpose, harming a being knowingly, cheating someone willfully, none of this is touched by the Ganga.

That is dridh prarabdha. The fixed karma. The kind that must be lived through, paid back, balanced in full.

This is why our tradition is so careful with the word sankalpa. The moment your will enters the act, the karma becomes yours to carry. No water can lift it. Only sincere repentance, prayashchitta, sadhana, and the grace of the Lord can soften it, and even then, only over time.

Go to the tirtha. Take the dip. Cleanse what was never yours to cleanse on your own.

But never use the pilgrimage as a license to keep sinning consciously. That ledger does not close at the riverbank.
