@FujikakeRin 100% Agree. This is a wild decision that has not gone well for them based on the dislikes and comments. I have no idea why they thought this was a good idea.
@thewatchcc I don't think I would ever get angry at watch releases. That being said, Bremont seems like a lost ship and these new watches are just, not that nice. I really want to like these UK based companies and luckily, there are so many that are so much better.
@kyotobound@KemonomichiNL@GearoidReidy This is my issue as well. I don't want to take out my residence card every time I go out. I also live in a touristic area so, this would be annoying very fast.
@Mulboyne Pretty good point. Having just been in Kyoto, yes you do see tourists in many places, but it's only in certain areas where it becomes overwhelming. Having avoided those places on my latest trip, Kyoto was pretty fun and still decently affordable.
@Gaijinotousan@GaijinMommy "I don’t even say anything anymore." This is so true about so many things. People here just do things. Things that might not make sense. But that's just the way it is and you can't hope to stop it, even if there is a more sensible way.
@bdjoetsu I'm sure YT will offer some monthly subscription to get around these, but then find a new way to present ads, and then a new way to pay to avoid them, and so on and so on. It's why I just can't being myself to get Premium. Paying money to solve an issue that the company created.
@tokyomodec Can I please change the tradition of waiting forever in city hall to fill out 10 of the same form over and over again? Other than that, yes.
