Im curious! Anyone who has experienced issues with thier Iron lung merch (especially if you got it cancelled and refunded)

When was ur package originally "sent"?

@fancy_spants Yeah. I have also been in contact with UPS (who was ment to be handling it) and they did furhter investigations for me.

UPS confirm they have never received the item, they are only able to see the creation of the label but we're never given the parcel itself! :/

Im actually so pissed off because they strung me along for months when I could have tried to snag a second top.

This is actually shit. I ordered within the FIRST wave they opened. Waited months. It had its label created back in March, UPS confirm3d to me they never received it and to get in touch with the metch company. Only for them to take months at a time to respond.

It has now been over two months since it was "shipped" nearly 2 months since it was supposed to arrive!

The merch team have yet to reply to my concern and have only told me they will "ask higher up and get back to me"
