It had been a while since the mage had shown her face around these parts of town. A quick look around wouldn't hurt a soul!

A smile appeared on her face as she said that. Though she wondered what kind of research a knight would need.

“Something like that. I still tend to my duties when called upon, but these I have much more freedoms compared to before. So I use my spare time for a bit of personal research.”

And other recreational activities. Having less restrictions has allowed him to indulge in new things!

Aomi mused as she too stood up and waved him off. Gathering her stuff the mage took a deep breath, before making her way home as well.

Her own heart was racing too, though she was excited for their date!

@UmbraLuxuria She didn't expect him to kiss her finger in that moment, yet it did cause her to smile. Which soon turned into a flustered look. The way he talked and placed his finger over her lips, caused the females heart to flutter and race.

The way she said it was in a joking manner. Yet she really hoped it wouldn't happen, since she has fought knights before.

“Me? I’m a knight dedicated to serving and protecting my homeland. Though, as of late, I’ve been doing a bit of soul searching. I still uphold my duties, but I have my own personal interests to tend to now.”

The smile on her face only grew wider. Glad that the other could laugh about it as well.
