The Philosophy Department welcomes its latest Doctor! We’re very happy to announce that, on October 28th, Artur Lukaszczyk successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation, entitled “Towards a Cyber Jus ad Bellum: Bridging Legal Gaps within Cyberwar Governance.”
