but at least where we work, the inspectors are all typically reasonable and helpful

Excellent post and great leadership. Our insurance company provides weekly safety topics, a brief in english & spanish- as a courtesy. Would be glad to share a few. Field Superintendents lead the talk, and circulate sign in sheet. Previous firm, we also incorporated stretching drills for multiple reasons. Safety first!
