@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Like literally the first page stresses the fact that masks are the best option but can be uncomfortable and that other options exist but aren’t as effective…
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Ok but you still haven’t addressed the fact that neither the site you linked nor the YouTube video actually say that Covid 19 particles are not stopped by masks. Both state that particulates less than 4 nm in size (aerosols) aren’t blocked effectively by them 1/2
@PibblesBixley@PLoveJoy4@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Yeah I got that… but it’s not a YouTube video and it would be a valid source if the guy wasn’t being disingenuous…
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Buddy page 8 isn’t about Covid it’s about different types of aerosols… they don’t even mention Covid on that page of the paper… did you read your own source or just a few lines and say “good enough”.
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss His whole point on the only 40 percent effective and hair sized gaps are for aerosols and particles less than 5 microns. Virus particles are twice the size…
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss That’s just untrue… he doesn’t provide a single source for that claim instead he abruptly stops talking about it after bringing it up and never goes back… try to find one study that supports that.
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss So if your using him as a source then explain why he lies about his first source, doesn’t link his second, doesn’t bring up a single source anyone else used yet says they are bad, he also doesn’t know how air works nor how viruses travel… somebody can have a good job 1/2
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss 2/2 the site you linked even advocates for the use of masks. So either you don’t trust that source or you only like some of what that source has to say?
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Sorry but that makes no sense 😂 I think you mean air changes per hour? Which is just air circulation but with a fancy name and while effective it doesn’t help without masks as water vapor or spit/snot would still directly travel from person to person. 1/2
@PibblesBixley@PLoveJoy4@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss Well it’s not a YouTube video it’s an actual court transcript uploaded to YouTube in which a guy tries to debunk another persons statements but does so very poorly
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss 3/3 you can find stats to back up anything it’s when you actually look into said stats that they fall apart..
@PLoveJoy4@PibblesBixley@brethordark@ChrisReid @owenhardy1234 @KelseyMcRoss 2/2 that the tests were inconclusive and don’t support or deny the effectiveness of masks. The study is also horrible to use when compared to highly populated areas as the people studied only spent an average of 3 hours out of their homes… 2/3
