@JimNewcomb7 @VictoriaPlumUK They used to be very good but quality control has slipped a lot since 2004 when I got my previous bathroom. Chipped tap, bumpy washbasin so tap won't fit, bath cradle defective.

@VictoriaPlumUK My builder is fitting the bathroom I bought from you earlier this year. After 3 hours waiting on live chat I finally got a working bath cradle. Now have found defective new tap and sent 2 emails with pics. No response at all! JUST cant face more time online.
