Enjoy the sights and sounds of working Steam engines on our last #Steam Day of the year. There'll be a display of #Morris #classiccars and activities for children to help them learn about the importance of water. Cafe & picnic area.

Huge thanks to everyone who came along to support the re-opening of our #WW2 display. The WW2 room was opened by a Captain Mainwaring character actor, + a display of jeeps & WW2 ambulance. #Volunteers from #RotherwasTogether and Home Front history enthusiasts added to the day

Believed to have been made in Yorkshire, this well-finished single-cylinder horizontal #steam engine, made for educational use, was donated by the University of Sussex, Brighton, Department of Engineering. The make is unknown.

On Sunday 11th August, our second anniversary celebration this year, The Right Worshipful, The Mayor of #Hereford, Councillor Kevin Tillett led the celebratory opening of the Brockhampton Set display and unveiled a plaque to commemorate our 50th Anniversary year.
