As I get older, I’m just now realizing what ‘6-7’ really means. These kids are prescient in their point of view—they’ve taken ‘86 47’ and shortened it to just two syllables. Thank God for the next generation—they’re redefining how we say goodbye.
Different eras, same grief. This time it has to be different. Violence can take a life, not ideas. Let’s learn and change the future from hate to hope.

MLK’s assassination in 1968 shook a nation. Riots erupted, grief ran deep, but his community turned pain into progress.
Charlie Kirk’s assassination in 2025 brought the same shock. A voice silenced. A movement shaken.
@AMCHelps I used a-list to see an AMC unseen tonight and had no idea it was a horror movie, not my kind of movie. I left 35 minutes into the movie and was told I can’t get a refund because the movie was discounted. I used on of my 4 A-List credits which are not discounted.

@ForestMommy IT’S A FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE! Fiat money, not backed by anything except your agreement to accept it. If you must use any FRN I suggest the $2 note. Thomas Jefferson is on the front and the signing of the Declaration of Independence is on the back. It speaks to the 2nd amendment.
@dcexaminer Also, Larry Elder placed third demonstrating that he may be the candidate with the broadest popular support for next time when the Ron’s and Don’s of the world are gone. Approval Voting is the only election method that provides each candidate’s true level of support.
@dcexaminer Trump led the largest faction when voters could only vote for one candidate. DeSantis was the consensus candidate when voters could mark their ballot for more than one candidate. Remember, Lincoln was the consensus candidate when he was nominated.
@CBSMornings I’m surprised nobody has mentioned this, so I guess I’ll have to. Iowa has caucuses coming up soon for the 2024 presidential election, is it possible they wanted the Iowa team to have a trip to the White House to better Biden’s electoral chances? Just saying…
