"Aventurine Waveflair could advance Aha through his ult." This info has been said a few times by different people, could be likely. Keep in mind that he is likely to work differently and he probably doesn't need as frequent aha instant like the rest of the elation characters.

My theory is that his elation skill is a "nuke" that is stronger with more stacks accumulated by FUA from the team. Hence you want more stacks before he uses his elation skill.

Its not that we don't want fanservice. Its just that SP characters are supposed to be meaningful to show the character's development or another side of the character not emphasised on in the past. The past SPs have been like this, this is why we expect the same for aven and robin
