We need a bill to certify politicians
Term limits.
Tests on common sense, logic economics
Cuz someone who cannot define what Coding is should not be making laws about it.
It is not surprising that they would produce retarded bills like this
Someone needs to educate this informal market what artificial micro inflation is. They reject smaller denomination and round prices as a result. Government has to invest in adult education because these people control the economy and don't know the effect of their actions!
@barkervogues@Manasseh_Azure Congratulations to Ghana on having this resolution passed at the UN. But if I may ask, as in the bible, Joseph was sold by his brothers. The act? Atrocious on both sides. But is it right if one side points fingers at only one side later on? 🤔
Some of you may read this and scoff. Like it’s the utterance of a tyrant. But if you’ve ever been unloved long enough, if you’ve ever walked through the world and felt invisible, truly invisible, you’ll understand this not as strategy, but as survival.
See, there is something in us, something primal, something I can’t quite grasp, that would rather be hated than unnoticed. Silence eats the soul far more violently than insult. Indifference is a slow, identity-erasing genocide. So some of us learn to be loud, sharp-edged, barbed. If love will not hold us gently, then let fear grip us hard. Let people tremble when we walk in, even if no one ever waits for us when we leave.
You see it in children who grow mean when they are ignored. You see it in adults who turn passive-aggressive because their softness went unseen. You see it in the cold efficiency of bosses, in the smirking arrogance of men who think cruelty is charisma. And if you look closely enough, you see it in yourself. In the version of you that performs outrage just to be noticed. The one who posts the wildest takes just to feel present. The one who’d rather spark a thousand arguments than sit quietly with the knowledge that nobody asked you how you’re doing.
Cruelty, for many, is not nature. It’s a costume. A reaction. A hunger turned rabid. It is the bastard child of neglect and longing, raised in the absence of softness, taught to bite before it bleeds.
And yet, the world rewards it. Don’t let anyone lie to you. The cruel rise faster. They are feared in boardrooms, admired in silence, envied by the weak, and copied by the desperate. Love is optional. But fear? Fear is currency. And many of us, bankrupt in affection, cash in on it.
This is why the gentlest people become the most dangerous. Because gentleness, when starved and mocked long enough, mutates. And what was once an open hand becomes a clenched fist. What was once warmth becomes strategy. And before long, you stop asking to be seen. You demand it.
And if no one listens? You break something. Yourself, or someone else.
And no, this is not justification. It’s not even sympathy. It’s just the ugly truth behind the spectacle of power. The cruelty of people is often just the rotting echo of how the world once treated them. And yet, it becomes their weapon. Their performance. Their mask. Because they’ve learned what the world secretly teaches us all:
It is better to be feared than to be forgotten.
President Kwame Nkrumah (holding the phone) at a telephone exchange in Accra.
A telephone exchange was a facility that connected telephone calls by switching calls between different lines, effectively acting as a central hub for communication. These exchanges, initially manual and later automated, played a crucial role in establishing the early telephone network.
Everything you ever wanted to know about President Kwame Nkrumah's removal from office, but were afraid to ask.
Some points on ethnicity versus nationality, drawing mostly from Nkrumah's writings and the general literature on these events.
A thread.

Going to church is not actually compulsory. When Jesus met the woman at the well, he asked her where she worshipped and she responded that her people worshipped at the moutain. Jesus said the time is coming and now it has come, that nobody has to go anywhere to worship but who wants to worship God would do it in spirit and in truth. It is the same principle that made God stop writing laws on tablets and put them in the heart of the Israelites. The only thing about church is that it is good for brothers and sisters to worship together in fellowship.
Talking about Brothers and Sisters
Are we really brothers and sisters in church apart from calling each other Brother Joseph and Sister Mary? In the early church, the bible recorded that those who had brought to the church and it was given to those who did not have and because of that, there was no needy person among them. Today, the church is filled with the poor, homeless, suffering, hungry. The church even build schools that members cannot attend and members will excuse it with capitalism. Where is the christ in you?
The offering and tithe is meant to take care of the poor, widows and orphans. But where does it end up? Pastors are becoming billionaires while members are asked to pray. I since stopped giving to the church and feed the poor directly and dutifully. I am the kindest person I know and I will not be taken advantaged of in the name of Christ.
