Police brutally punch 68-year-old Black man during traffic stop—for front car tires touching white line at intersection.

Video clearly shows cop lied—man did not hit him first.

Left him handcuffed in street after hip surgery—eventually sent to hospital with severe head injury.

Police Chief Jason Bammann cleared the officer involved—but refused to watch the bodycam footage to preserve his "integrity."

Even though the officer involved, identified as Joshua Adamescu, has faced accusations of excessive force according to his personnel file.

68-year-old Calvin Caldwell was never charged with assaulting an officer—and even the original traffic ticket was dismissed.

He is the owner of the New Millennium Car Wash & Mini Mart.

Incident occurred as he was leaving the car wash in downtown Mansfield, Ohio.
