It’s drivel like this from the AMPTP that shows how unserious they are. The reason why the ask is for revenue not profit is My Big Fat Greek Wedding had a budget of $6 million, had a revenue of $360 million, and yet had a profit of -$20 million. And it’s far from the only.

The Union proposes to “share” in success, but not in failure. That is not sharing.
● Further, the Union’s proposal does not “follow the money.” It seeks revenue generated by a streaming service, but that is not money that the Producer of a program is entitled to receive. The Producer of a program gets a license fee from the streaming service. That’s it. The Producer does not share in the
subscription revenue that the streaming service generates, so it is completely illogical to ask the Producer to pay based upon that revenue.

Regarding the tree trimming at Universal Studios -- after looking into the matter with the Urban Forestry Division (UFD), we found that no permit was issued for any tree trimming at this site. UFD and StreetsLA are investigating whether a citation can be issued.

I’ve got to say, after over an hour on the phone with @Costco I’m not impressed with their customer service. They let me schedule a day for the installation of an appliance and this morning I find out while delivery can happen today, installation was never an option for today.
