आज से देश में नई श्रम संहिताएं लागू हो गई हैं, जिससे मिलेगी :

✅ सभी कामगारों को समय से न्यूनतम वेतन की गारंटी
✅ युवाओं को नियुक्ति पत्र की गारंटी
✅ महिलाओं को समान वेतन और सम्मान की गारंटी
✅ 40 करोड़ श्रमिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा की गारंटी
✅ फिक्स टर्म एम्प्लॉईस को एक साल बाद ग्रेच्युटी की गारंटी
✅ 40 साल से अधिक आयु वाले श्रमिकों को सालाना मुफ़्त हेल्थ चेक-अप की गारंटी
✅ ओवरटाइम करने पर दुगने वेतन की गारंटी
✅ जोखिम-भरे क्षेत्रों के कामगारों को 100% हेल्थ सिक्युरिटी की गारंटी
✅ इंटरनेशनल मानकों के मुताबिक श्रमिकों को सामाजिक न्याय की गारंटी

यह सुधार सिर्फ बदलाव भर नहीं बल्कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के द्वारा श्रमवीरों के कल्याण के लिए लिया गया एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय है। ये नए श्रम सुधार आत्मनिर्भर भारत की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम हैं और विकसित भारत 2047 के लक्ष्य को नई गति प्रदान करेंगे।
