@DelhiPolice What kind of law and order allows the police to detain a citizen and keep her location a secret?
Detention cannot become disappearance. Delhi Police must disclose where Neha is, ensure her access to he r family ,friends and comrades . moreover police should explain the grounds for her detention. @DelhiPolice - remember you are accountable to the law—not above it.
