@AskLyft@lyft After explaining what a "User Interface" is to a tech company's support team, they took 15 minutes to ignore the bug entirely and hit me with a robotic "valid charge, no refund" canned script. Groundhog day. @lyft@AskLyft
Tricked into a $21.98 credit card charge because the @Lyft app completely hid the upfront price calculation. Tried to report the misleading UI bug, but the support agent asked me what "UI" means before hitting me with a scripted "no refund" door slam. Peak CX. @lyfthelp
@AskLyft@lyft Please do so. I have spent entire morning to chat with your agent. When I reached out to report the misleading UI defect, the support agent literally asked me: "May I Know what is UI?" @lyft@AskLyft
@BofA_Help I set my 3% category to "Home Improvement" for a major flooring project, but it was coded as "Wholesale" and processed as "Online Shopping."
This is a professional home service, not a retail purchase. How can I foresee this "category trap/reward scam”? #BankofAmerica
@EnesKanter@iingwen I’m a Taiwanese born and raised in Taiwan. Just to be clarified, the reality is that the name of my country is “Republic of China”, not “Taiwan”, which should be one of the two governments in China but different from the government of “People Republic of China”.
@MBryant0@EnesKanter And also I don’t know what do you mean by pro-PRC. As I stated in the reply earlier, I’m a Taiwanese recognize myself also as a Chinese, the official name of my country is Republic of China, which is different from the other Chinese government, PRC.
@MBryant0@EnesKanter Not sure how you came up with that 10% number. You have your freedom of speech, but for your information, I’m not upset when people wrongfully refer “Taiwan” as the name of my country. I just think our government and people have not done a good job to clarify our country name.
@EnesKanter As a Taiwanese recognize myself both as Taiwanese and Chinese, I understand that there are some people refuse to accept the fact that the government in Taiwan (Republic of China) is one of the 2 governments in China. I was just trying to address the official name of my country.
