Highlights from the Dearborn Divine Child meet. Amber Warrick opened up her season with a 8th 100m win and 3rd place finish in the long jump. Alala Washington won the long jump and Skyann Penn finished 2nd. The 4x200 and 4x100 team placed 2nd.

Huron Relay girls' top ten finishes. Senior Janayah Watts places 8th in the 60-meter dash. In the long jump, Senior Alala Washington gets a 3rd place finish to start the season. Sophomore Kendell Lilly placed 4th in the 800-meter run and the 4x200 came in 2nd place.

Good start to the track season with several top 10 finishes at the Huron Relays. The boys' 4x800 place finish. In the 60mh Freshman Dearde Jackson came in 7th place and Senior Jaylen Johnson also placed 7th in the 800-meter run.

On Saturday, February 1st, during halftime of the Wayne Memorial vs. Belleville boys basketball game, Wayne Memorial introduced Eric Pettway as the new head football coach! 🏈
