@macsteed @essenviews 1)Thankyou for a thought out and sincere post. MY Speculation from the video, they were driveing slowly in the left lane in traffic. They had an agenda, CDN plates and a camera to record what occurs every day when you camp in the left and got a perfect responce to post.
