Rain held off so I had a great ride this morning. Pretty bummed about the #im703oceanside being pushed, but the good news is i now have plenty of tim to train and i can start focusing on the #MarineHeavy in May.

Almost broke 22 minutes for the 5k. Slowly but surely getting faster. Losing a couple more pounds will get my speed where I want it. By the end of the month I'll be in a good spot.

Beautiful ride this morning. The workout was threshold intervals courtesy of @tridotsystem. 10 minute warm up then 3 rounds of 7 min at threshold (Zone 4) with 2 min rest between reps. Remainder of the workout was in Zone 2.

Short run to start 2020 followed by some stretching and dumb bells. I was able to get tickets to the Rose Bowl (go Badgers) so the family and I stayed in LA last night and today we are going to the game. A great start to the year already.
