I would lower my expectations to max 5% a month ($125 / week), then stick with lower risk Put Credit Spreads to build your capital up. Just a suggestion. Mack may have better advice. Its a game of patience.

@WealthCoachMak I'm relatively new to options. Been soaking up your knowledge and experience. I understand CSP and Spreads. I'm having trouble seeing when selling a call is beneficial, other than for Covered Calls. Could you give an example or insight to this? Thank You
