Motorists traveling on I-40 in Knox County should be aware of upcoming ramp closures that will affect traffic in Knoxville. This will take place on the at the eastbound James White Parkway Exit 388A ramp and the westbound Papermill Road/Weisgarber Road Exit 383 ramp. 1/2
