The John A. Fischer Trophy is presented to the male athlete, who has been voted by the entire coaching staff as the year’s “Most Valuable Athlete”. This trophy, which in previous years was called the Press Publication Trophy, has been awarded since 1960 and was renamed in honor of John A. Fischer, Willowbrook’s first Athletic Director.
