@bsurfer71 And as for how this affects reimbursement ... It doesn't, necessarily. It's just part of the process all districts follow. With the Schematic Design submitted, the MSBA can start to calculate eligible and ineligible costs under its reimbursement formula.

Building project must only pass by 51% (simple majority) on April 29 to get on the ballot. Until a few hours before meeting, officials believed it was 2/3 #wearepentucket
