Heavenly Father, almighty and sovereign God,

you reign above all, and your words stand and unshaken from everlasting to everlasting. You are the God who speaks, and it is done, who commands, and it stands fast. There is none like you in power, wisdom and majesty. I thank you, Lord, for your goodness that surrounds me like a shield. And for the breath in my lung that allows me to lift my voice in praise, thank you for your mercies that are new ever morning. And for the favor you have set upon my life before I even rise to face the day.

Lord, I come before you, asking for your forgiveness for every sin, every idle word, every moment of doubt and every time that I have spoken against your promises. I release all bitterness and unforgiveness from my heart. Choosing to forgive those who have wronged me, just as you have forgiven me. I refuse to allow my past mistakes or the lies of the enemy to dictate my future, I decree and declare that I am redeemed, cleansed and covered by the blood of Jesus.
