It’s sad that DiscussingFilm isn’t mentioning that this is being directed by Arkasha Stevenson, whose debut film, The First Omen, is one of the best horror movies of the decade
Yeah, it used an AI powered program they wrote, trained on libraries THEY made specifically for it to aid with a very tedious part of animating. It's not generative AI. When will people learn that the problem is generative AI and not AI-powered/assisted tools?
I don't understand why Nolan was justified for purposefully using a viking ship and softair armor and Roman helms in ancient Greece because they fit his vision but Gerwig can't put sparkles in Narnia because they fit her vision.
Just to be clear, I am not leaving The Batman Part II. I am profoundly grateful to Steven for coming to my aid during this challenging time to help me finish principal photography. Thank you to all for your concern and well wishes. 🦇
First trailer for ‘THE EYES OF GHANA’, the first-ever film produced by IShowSpeed.
The documentary follows Ghanaian cinematographer Chris Hesse who attempts to rescue more than 1,000 films capturing Africa’s fight for independence in the 1950s & ’60s.
i remember my mom reading this part to us as a kid and this is exactly how it felt. anyone who says this looks like a bad adaptation must have read this book as an adult, because this is what magic felt like to me as a kid.
several people who attended the Narnia event with Greta & Colbert today have told me she said something like, "most movies at this scale are about destruction, destroying cities or people. I wanted this movie to be only about creation." and that's *all* I need to hear
People love the VICE movie now but the reaction in 2006 was a mixture of dismissal and hostility, it didn't become what it is now until years later. I have no idea if this new one is gonna be any good or not but this blanket boomerism rejection didn't go well the first time.
Very funny to do this when people at the time were complaining that Farrell was a charmless prettyboy pushed on people by Hollywood and he'd never be able to fill Johnson's shoes, I wouldn't worry though I'm sure *your* dismissive declarative statement will be 100% right 👍
I’ve noticed that a lot of people say that Milla is a brat or a diva over the years but honestly it just seems like she is disrespected and having to put down boundaries with men. I honestly would’ve stormed off, too.
