When you clamp down on an idea whose time has come instead of engaging it, you will most likely spread it.
Here’s a short story of how FG made #June12thProtest a global affair with their unconscionable twitter ban. The power of VPN at work. #EndImpunity
Dear Nigerian Youth,
Thank you for standing in the gap for us.
Thank you for not allowing yourselves to be intimidated.
Thank you for saying #EnoughIsEnough
Thank you for throwing away the generational hatred that kept us divided.
Thank you for all you do for us
#June12thProtest
After all the hard protests of today, some people are in the kitchen cupboard now struggling with cockroach for food.
Earlier today them throw teargas for where you dey, you no fit run. Na inside kiosk you hide.
You are swallowing fufu again at 11pm.
Victoria are you not tired?
I’m really glad I came out today. I just had to! Massive respect to all the protesters who were on the streets and those offline who gave people like me the courage to still step out despite past events. Our voice is all we have left. We can’t let them take that away. #KeepitOn
